ONTIER presents “Judicial defence against compulsory expropriation”

Mr Pedro Rubio, partner of the Firm, co-author and coordinator of the book, which gathers more than 50 years of experience of the Firm in this subject, said that the book “is born as a work in progress, aimed at remaining vigilant to new developments in expropriation”.

Mr Rubio, partner of the Department of Public Law at ONTIER Spain, stressed during the presentation that the book compiles tested cases and arguments of the Firm and involves, in this sense, an 'act of generosity on the part of the firm that —by making its cases public— returns to society something that it has previously received'.
