11th Edition of the José María Cervelló Awards on Business Law

ONTIER and IE Law School are calling candidates for the José María Cervelló Business Law Awards. This year submissions must be about ”Brexit: Legal Implications for Business”.

ONTIER and IE Law School are calling candidates for the 11th Edition of the José María Cervelló Business Law Awards. The goal of this Award, financed by ONTIER, is to promote legal studies and research in the area of business law and to allow students with less resources to enter the LLM programs at the IE Law School. The Cervelló awards started as a remembrance event for José María Cervelló, entrepreneur and pioneering figure within the international law sector in Spain.

This year's topic for submissions is ''Brexit: Legal implications for business. Legal outlook during and after Brexit, special focus on transitional right issues regarding agreements, corporate transactions and litigation.'' Law graduates (regardless of their nationality) are welcome to submit their essays.
