A few days ago Felipe Chirinos, Lawyer at ONTIER Peru, was featured on a section of Peruvian newspaper El Comercio answering some of the readers' legal questions.

First Felipe talked about the additional rights of employees working from home. Some of these rights have to do with breaks, working hours and gratifications for holidays like Christmas. Then he talked about life at work, noting that retiring implies the end of the labour relation. However, Felipe Chirinos states that the parties can also reach an agreement by which the employee continues providing his services.
