A few days ago Bernardo Gutiérrez de la Roza, ONTIER CEO, taught a conference in the XI 'Leaders of the Future' seminar organised in Almería (Southern Spain) by the Eduarda Justo Foundation. This seminar aimed at inspiring young people while spreading values such as leadership, idealism and ambition.
Bernardo talked about his professional background and encouraged all attendees to follow their gut and their heart: 'Everything you do, do it with your heart. And remember to be there to help.' He also explained how ONTIER has managed to become what it is today: a 'company with its own soul.'
Gutiérrez de la Roza shared the session with professionals from very diverse sectors, including Andoni Aduriz, renowned Chef, and Jesús Alcoba, who noted that 'experience is worthless unless it makes you a better person day by day: we need to plan for the future today or the future will never happen.' The session also addressed the situation of women in the professional sphere in a conference taught by different businesswomen.
